Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autonomous AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autonomous AI is a revenue operations platform for service businesses. It provides CRM, email campaigns, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and AI-powered lead response capabilities. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is associated with a single tenant (business). You must not share accounts across businesses.

4. Plans and Billing

• Free Plan: Includes CRM, invoicing, basic email campaigns (500 emails/month), and Calendly integration. No AI features.
• Pro Plan ($49/month): Everything in Free plus AI receptionist, 500 AI agent runs/month, 10,000 emails/month, and 5-step drip campaigns. Includes a 14-day free trial.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) through the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious content
• Attempt to access other tenants' data
• Use the AI agents to generate harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Resell access to the platform without written permission

6. Email Compliance

You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email regulations when using our email features. All commercial emails sent through the platform include an unsubscribe mechanism. You must honor opt-out requests promptly.

7. AI Services

AI-generated responses are created by third-party language models. While we implement quality controls and human-in-the-loop review, we do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI actions before they are sent to your leads and customers.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We claim no ownership over your business data, leads, emails, or other content. We use your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomous AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
